This renovation benefitted from Audio Visual and Lighting Control throughout. Cerebrum installed wired Rako lighting both outdoors and on the ground floor, creating amazing, bespoke lighting scenes. 

A Sonos multi-room audio system was implemented in the lounge, dining, kitchen and master bedroom areas, along with Origin In-Ceiling Directional speakers also in the above areas- creating the ultimate entertainment space. 

Two 55″ OLED 4K TVs have been installed in the lounge and in the kitchen/dining area- with pop up swivel brackets to enable the client to view the TV from wherever they are in the room. 

Audio now flows both inside and outside the property, with the Sonance Outdoor 4.1 Planter Speakers and Subwoofer in the landscape area. We also have two Bowers & Wilkins outdoor speakers installed in the pool area. 

All of this technology is supported by a full Ubiquiti network throughout, alongside UniFi CCTV cameras and Wireless Ajax security alarms.
