This five story townhouse benefitted from home automation throughout. A full KNX system was implemented, controlling the lighting, blinds and HVAC. The client can control all of these systems via the Ekinex keypads installed, the Control4 touchscreens and the mobile app. The Control4 system acts as an umbrella to bring all of the systems together under the one application. 

A Uni-Fi home network was also installed, along with a multi-room audio system throughout. 

We also installed a home cinema, with 130″ Screen Innovation Motorised Screen, 4K Sony Projector and an Artcoustic 7.2.4 set up. All of this is controlled via Control4, through the on wall Touchscreen and the Control4 remote.
