Wired or Wireless Rako Systems
Implementing a Rako system allows you to opt for a wired or wireless system. Both can integrate together to form combined systems, and both have their advantages and disadvantages.
Wireless is generally easier to install and commission, particularly when it comes to retrofitting. It is usually a lower cost solution, more so for smaller installations, especially where they can be manually set-up.
A wired system has advantages in avoiding any concerns about wireless transmission range. It also means you don’t need to depend on battery power. The connection via a data cable allows more information to be transmitted so there is more functionality available and as all wired devices are connected, the whole system can be interrogated and if need be upgraded.

Modular: Keypad flexibility is important for lighting designers, electricians and integrators when it comes to designing a lighting control system. Modular keypads are designed to offer that high degree of versatility and customisation, capable of accommodating up to 12 push buttons in a variety of lighting, sharing and audio control configurations.
EOS: The sleek, screwless design of the EOS Keypad creates an attractive aesthetic with finishes to suit contemporary and traditional interiors, creating the perfect blend of lighting control and Interior design.
All keypads are fully customisable to choose wired/wireless, plate finish, number of buttons, custom etched buttons.

Each of Rako’s keypads are available in a wide range of finishes that will compliment any environment. These finishes include Black, Satin Chrome, Antique Brass, Matt White, Matt Bronze, Polished Chrome and Polished Brass. Plates are also hand finished, resulting in each plate being unique

Rako App
With the Rako app, connected via a Rako Hub, you can control all of your lighting from a smartphone either from the local area network or anywhere in the world via the internet.
Supports all major smart home interfaces which gives you the ability to control your interface through voice control!
The app allows programming and storing of new scene levels, colour wheel controls and colour temperature control.
You can even close curtains whilst away from home or select a Welcome scene upon return!
