Our Design Process: From Initial Conception – Residential Edition!

When a prospective client reaches out—whether by phone or email—our team initiates a discovery process to understand their needs. This includes identifying key requirements such as a Network, Media rooms, CCTV, Audio-Visual Solutions, Lighting Control, and any other relevant details that will support the Technical Team’s preparations.

 

Site Visit & Consultation: The next step is a site visit, which we always recommend. A member of our Technical Team will meet with you to discuss your lifestyle and vision in detail. This on-site consultation allows us to better assess the space, explore technical feasibility, and begin conceptualising your system. It’s also a great opportunity to collaborate with key individuals such as architects, interior designers, builders, and project managers.

 

Design & Proposal: Once we’ve gathered all the necessary information, our Technical Team creates a bespoke proposal based on the site visit and your outlined requirements. This comprehensive document includes a clear breakdown of components, locations, estimated costs, and labour, so you can easily understand what’s included.

 

The proposal is then sent for your review. At this stage, you can either approve it or request variations to fine-tune the solution.
