Those with Audio Visual solutions will find that a yearly check up is all this is needed to check on system health & getting optimum usage.

It’s well suited for clients who want greater reassurance, a yearly system check-up
with security of a call out, and responsive remote help without committing to a fullscale service plan.

It’s designed for clients who want regular professional oversight, minimal downtime, and dependable remote assistance without stepping up to a fully managed service plan.

The Gold package is ideal for demanding AV environments such as luxury homes where system reliability is critical and downtime must be minimised.

The 8 hours remote service includes overthe-phone advice and system log in to reboot and manage systems without the need for a visit, leaving these for when absolutely necessary! It’s perfect for clients who want frequent professional oversight, enhanced responsiveness, and a robust level of support without moving to a fully comprehensive service tier.

The Platinum package is ideal for those high-end smart homes where maximum uptime and seamless performance are essential.

With crucial and large systems installed such as Indoor/Outdoor Networks, CCTV & Security and Home Cinema’s, this package provides quarterly maintenance as well as plenty of scope for call-out’s for those uncontrollable moments!

It suits clients who require frequent professional oversight, fast response times, and the highest level of ongoing care for their AV systems.

Terms & Conditions

1 month’s notice is required to cancel the maintenance contract. Annual visit cannot fall into the following year, they must be used within the scheduled year. Client kit that aren’t supplied by Cerebrum Systems Ltd and are out of warranty will not be covered by Cerebrum Systems Ltd.
