Terms & Conditions

1 months notice required to cancel the maintenance contract. Annual visit cannot fall into the following year. They must be used within the scheduled year, Client kit that isn’t supplied by Cerebrum Systems Ltd and is out of warranty will not be covered by Cerebrum Systems Ltd.

Additional costs may occur if extra services or time beyond set package is required. Out of contract remote service is charged at a rate of £65 inc VAT.
Out of contract annual visits are charged at a rate of £420 inc VAT.

Pricing is reflective of a per month basis, we do offer yearly payment plans if preferred.
