Wireless Rako Control was installed throughout for the control of the Lighting, Blinds & Curtains, the wireless blinds and curtains are from Silent Gliss. We’ve installed Sonos multiroom audio throughout the Master Suite, which includes a Sonos Soundbar for the Master Bedroom Samsung 55″ TV, In-ceiling Klipsch Speakers for the Dressing Room & a Klipsch In-ceiling Stereo Speaker for the En-Suite.

This property features Control 4, which is controlling everything we installed under the one application. We installed the Heatmiser for heating, Daikin VRV for cooling, Rako lighting/Blinds & Audio/Visual (Sonos & TVs), all of which are compatible with Control 4 via drivers within the program & work great.

We have a solid Ubiquiti Uni-fi network throughout the property, to allow our systems we have implemented to work seamlessly. We also have Uni-Fi access point Pro’s throughout to allow for Wi-Fi within every room.
